Travelin' Salesmen started in 1980, and has had many members during that period. The current members now are: "Big Red" Karl Danielson (Guitar, Sax), Willy Wick (Bass), Alto Neff (Drums and Vocals), Rex "Beeman" Harvey (Lead Guitar), Jerry "Stratmen" Deihl (Lead Guitar). The Travelin' Salesmen' have been a staple for the San Diego music scene for 35 years. The Salesmen have played in concerts with such bands as: The Outlaws, Joe Walsh, Mick Fleetwood, Ray Charles, Carl Perkins, Kansas, Doctor Hook and the Medicine Show, Loggins and Messina, Stone Temple Pilots, Social Destortion, The GoGo's, Motley Crew, & such local San Diego legends such as: Beat Farmers, Mojo Nixon, The Jacks, The Mavericks, The Forbidden Pigs, The Blonde Bruce Band, The Vandals, The And, & Physh. The Tee-Men have regrouped after a 10-year hiatus and are currently in the studio working on an album.
